George has lectured at some of the UK's leading conservatoires, including Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, LAMDA and London Studio Centre. He currently serves on the faculty at The Urdang Academy, and Body Work Company, delivering classes in; ACTING THROUGH SONG, REPERTOIRE, SINGING TECHNIQUE and INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE, as well as regularly lecturing in MUSICAL THEATRE HISTORY.
Creative credits include; NINE and BAD GIRLS (Director), and THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD (Musical Director & Vocal Arranger)
In 2012, he was invited by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland to join the Academic Standards Committee with regards to the newly introduced BA Hons. in Musical Theatre.
His international experience has taken him across Europe, spending time with the students of Dreaming Academy in Padova - Italy's sole provider of formal Musical Theatre training. He was recently appointed Dialect Coach at the prestigious La Monnaie De Munt Opera House in Brussels, whilst there performing the role of Tobias in SWEENEY TODD. He has since spent time with the Monnaie Munt Academy, introducing the students to the world of Musical Theatre.
2015 saw him work with the incomparable Zoe Wanamaker, preparing her to take on the role of Madame Hortensia in the critically acclaimed New York revival of ZORBA! as part of the Encores season.
Working with young people is something George is hugely passionate about, and he was recently involved with developing and delivering an exciting new Workshop Programme with the London production of WICKED.
